What is Alpha?

Great question! Alpha is a place to ask the big questions of life! It's a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith, running over eight weeks with an 'away day' on Saturday the 26th November. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. Alpha is run all around the globe, and everyone is welcome.

What can I expect?

Each week we will meet in the church building. You will be greeted by our friendly church team and cheese, nibbles and drinks will be provided. We'll watch a video related to the weekly topic and chat in small groups. Sessions will end by 9.15pm at the latest. Alpha is open to all, no matter what your experience of faith.

Do I need to come every week?

Ideally, as the course is structured, you would join from the initial start date, but you are very welcome to just pop in. There is no obligation to keep coming if you decide Alpha isn't for you. New Alpha courses will become available every term. If you have missed the latest one, but would like to find out more, just send us an email and we will be happy to help!

How do I join?
